You all know how strongly I believe that you have the capability to bring any goal or dream to life. As I reflect on what I’ve learned over the past several months of my healing journey, I’ve come to realize my own attachment between achievement and worthiness, productivity and feeling like enough. I’ve been doing a lot of intentional work on untangling these ideas within myself and I’ve noticed how many others have their own version of this as well. In today’s episode, I share my thoughts on the confusing intersection between chasing and content.
In this episode about the confusing intersection between chasing and content, we cover:
- Being aware of where your goals are coming from and what your motivations are behind them
- Accepting that multiple things can be true at one time
- The comparison trap of social media
- How goals can work alongside the vision you have for your overall life
