One of my favorite parts of my podcast is getting to bring on some of the most inspiring and passionate women, and today’s guest is no different! I had the honor of sitting down with my sweet friend, Lindsay Wineinger, for today’s episode. We’re talking all about Lindsay’s story and the incredible work she’s doing in her community, as well as the powerful transformation she’s experienced over the last year (and is still going through) in her own life.
When we’re listening to podcast interviews or watching someone’s journey somewhere else, so often it looks like they’ve already ‘achieved the thing’, and it makes us feel like it’s not possible for us. Lindsay is currently right in the middle of launching into some new and amazing things in her life though, and is experiencing some massive personal growth. She really shares a fresh and relatable perspective, and I LOVE that she is bringing more light and inspiration into the world. I can’t wait for you to hear her story as she absolutely went from burning out to shining bright, and everything that’s happened on her journey!
Lindsay Wineinger, with her husband and 3 daughters, live in Princeville, Illinois, a small agricultural community outside of Peoria. There, they own and operate an animal feed store. Outside of retail, Lindsay works in coaching budding entrepreneurs and guiding fellow Christian women through their “what’s next.” She works diligently to share God’s love to their community and raise awareness and support for small towns, small business, and agriculture. Take a peek into their CRAZY journey @theWineingerFarms on IG.
In this episode, From Burning Out to Shining Bright with Lindsay Wineinger, we cover:
- Lindsay’s start into entrepreneurship of buying an animal feed store with her husband, to now owning multiple different businesses
- Losing your identity in marriage, motherhood, and work, and realizing something HAS to change
- Lindsay’s experience of attending the ASCEND retreat, and her realization of getting ‘back to the basics’ in order to rediscover herself
