I’m joined on the podcast today by someone who has become a very close friend over the last year and a half, and her story is pretty darn inspiring! Maddy Rabenhorst has experienced a LOT of transformation in her life recently, and I’ve been honored to get to work with her during this process.
While Maddy’s life ‘looked’ good on paper and checked all of the boxes, she was far from fulfilled, and had actually reached a new level of burnout in her corporate career. She had dreamed of coming back to working alongside her husband on their farm, but was unsure of how to actually make that happen. She continued having a strong, internal pull to change her situation, and make her dream a reality. After going through a lot of hard work, tears, masterminds, and coaching calls, Maddy eventually gained the clarity and confidence to pursue something that was fulfilling for her, and still contribute to her family financially. Maddy has truly gone from misaligned to living on purpose, and I can’t WAIT for you to hear her amazing story!
Maddy Rabenhorst is a wife to her husband, Bryce, and a mom to her three-year-old son, Halsten. Maddy and Bryce own and operate a row crop farm in Salem, South Dakota, where they grow corn and soybeans. While she previously worked off the farm in the ag industry since graduating college, she is now back home full-time, and is able to be fully present with her husband and son. She’s also started her own business, Prairie Elements. Maddy creates custom metal signs for businesses, families, and farms, and she’s excited to continue expanding her business to help more people in the future.
