It’s hard to believe that I’m at the very end of my third pregnancy. This stage is pretttty wild, because I could have my baby in a few hours, or it could still be days, or even weeks. So crazy, and I’m SO excited to be in the homestretch!
Even though this pregnancy has been harder on my body than my first two, I’ve felt completely different in a lot of ways too. I’ve learned so much when it comes to my health and habits over the last few years; it’s the whole ‘when you know better, you do better’ concept. I know without a doubt, the intentionality that I have built into my life over the last few years has dramatically impacted this pregnancy, and my body just feels better prepared this time around.
In today’s episode, I want to dive into some steps I took for a healthier pregnancy.
