Listen to How to Create Safety Within Yourself, Unpack Fear and Imposter Syndrome, and Tap into Your Unlimited Potential with Tracy Litt on: Apple Podcasts | Spotify | Your player of choice
I’m honored to be joined by my new friend, Tracy Litt, on the podcast today!
I actually heard Tracy speak on another podcast I was listening to, and I instantly KNEW I wanted to have her as a guest here. We both felt like it was one of those ‘divine wink’ moments!
Tracy Litt wears many different hats; she’s the founder of The School of Becoming™, a best-selling author, Tedx speaker, emotional healer, mom of 3 daughters, and more. After doing everything ‘right’ (by society’s standards) and achieving a certain level of success, Tracy was left feeling empty and unfulfilled. She knew she was meant for more, and no longer wanted to quiet what her soul was telling her to do. I know I can relate to this, and I bet you can, too!
Tracy eventually left her successful corporate career and created The School of Becoming®. This revolutionary institute integrates consciousness, neuroscience, healing, and
energetics to help students evolve into the next level version of themselves. Tracy is committed to elevating visionary leaders; she’s passionate about guiding her clients to unlock their unlimited potential, and create a lasting impact on the world.
In today’s episode, we talk about how to create safety within yourself, unpack fear and imposter syndrome, and tap into your unlimited potential. Something that every single one of us has been affected by is FEAR. While we may think fear is a negative thing and we need to move away from it completely..that’s actually not true (nor is it possible to do). Fear is lovingly trying to keep us alive! Imposter syndrome (something else I’m sure you know about) tends to show up right along with fear..except it’s a ‘crutch’ that we fall back on all too easily.
When we desire to have more safety within ourselves, we have to create that – it’s not something that we simply ‘find’! Change happens when we are safe, and in order to feel safe, we’ve got to learn how to regulate our nervous systems. This is something I’ve learned a LOT more about in recent years, and I’m continually working to model for my kids as well.
According to Tracy, this is a ‘drip process’, because every generation ‘drips’ shit on the next. It’s our divine, moral responsibility to continue healing and growing and working on ourselves. I want you to know that the work you’re doing on yourself, and for your kids and your family, is the most worthwhile work you could ever do!
Tracy and I also dug deep into emotional addictions, why it’s VITAL that we work to clear the ‘emotional congestion’ from our bodies, how our thoughts and our intuition vary, stepping into ‘feeling our feelings’, and more. We shouldn’t feel like ‘good vibes only’ is all that people will get from us – it’s actually very detrimental, and not helping anyone if we aim for this. When we, as women, allow ourselves to fully embrace AND release allll of the emotions (yep, I’m talking about rage too), we naturally get to that place of an authentic, high frequency!
I knew what Tracy would be sharing was going to be nothing short of transformational. Whether you’re looking to create more safety within yourself, unpack fear and imposter syndrome, tap into your unlimited potential, OR a little bit of all of these things, this was a beautiful conversation that I hope you come back to again and again.
Thank you for being here in your expansiveness and your willingness to get uncomfortable with pursuing the unknown. I’m so proud of you, and forever grateful for you!!
