Our part 1 conversation with Sarah Welch was INCREDIBLE, so we’re back with part 2 today!
If you haven’t had the chance to check out part 1, pause now, and go give it a listen HERE.
Sarah is a self-experimenting coach who helps others get reacquainted with their most authentic selves. She experienced her own trauma while growing up. She struggled with her weight, depression, and was eventually diagnosed with ADHD. Basically, Sarah felt like the ‘black sheep’ of her family. Not only did she feel lost with those around her, but even more so out in the world.
Fast forward to now – Sarah has found a way to live authentically, ‘come home’ to herself, and no longer does what others think she *should* do!
In today’s part 2 episode, we talk more about self-experimenting, and the beauty of embracing duality and fluidity in personal growth. Sarah takes us even deeper into perfectionism, unpacking self-sabotage, and navigating the highs and lows of evolving into your most aligned self.
Sarah and I have both experienced the difficulties that come with letting go of identities that have long been ingrained into us. We’ve had to give ourselves the space (and permission) to expand and discover new parts of ourselves. Sooo much of this comes from putting ourselves into community and conversation with others who not only show us what’s possible, but allow us to finally feel safe, and like we’re ‘enough’. We are special ‘enough’, and we are important ‘enough’ – YOU are too, friend!
None of us are meant to do life alone. We’re meant to connect with one another, learn from one another, and lift one another up on this personal growth journey. Honestly, it can be pretty *magical* when we share our stories, and take one step closer to building our dream life. (Yes.. the one that actually FEELS like it’s designed for you!)
This conversation is raw, real, and FULL of actionable wisdom. I have no doubt you are going to deeply resonate with both of these episodes with Sarah – I can’t wait to hear your thoughts!!
