Today I’m joined by Natalie Kovarik and Tara Vander Dussen of Elevate Ag. Last summer I attended Natalie’s Rural Rooted retreat and Tara was one of the coaches during the weekend. Both of these women have been influential throughout my entrepreneurial journey. Our conversation tells the story of how they got to where they’re at today and some tips and lessons learned along the way.
In this episode about tapping into your strengths and story, we cover:
- How to get started sharing online and the way it can evolve over the years
- An insider perspective of running a partnership owned online business
- Outsourcing in both your business and personal life
- Utilizing your unique strengths to grow a business
